The Nanoelectronics Center of Excellence which has been established in 2005 is national research center for pioneer work on the area of the nanoelectronics. The research areas of the center range from technology development to the system design for specific applications in the nanotechnology era. Currently, there are seven faculty members who conduct projects in the center which consists of seven research laboratories.
